"one whole hour a day for seven days. If it's succesful it may continue, if not I can say I tried :)"

Well and month a bit later I can hold my head high and say "I tried...".

Sadly I have to follow it up with "...and I failed". Real life has reared it's not-actually-that-ugly-but-very-time-consuming head and from the readers perspective I have made little progress on the site.

Thankfully behind the scenes things have trundled by and we are closer to the virtual magazine (but not there yet) and also have not one but five new scenarios in the playtest stage, one I'm thinking about holding back for Halloween but the others will hopefully show up long before then. As this information alone wouldn't be a juicy enough carrot for me if I were reading this on someone else's site I thought I'd give you a little glimpse of what they're about...

In 'All Ways Do Lie Open', a Frontear scenario, we'll meet McGrewhair and his deputies as they try to stop a attack on an armoured stage by the vicious Bone Gang.

'Hope' will introduce players to an as yet undocumented city of Valon, the cosmopolitan town of Hope and will look into exactly what brought the famed Paleodracologists Koop & Mursh there.

Linked to Dampfpanzerwagon's excellent blog entries on the Dwarf Sauerkraut Wars, comics writer Tony Lee has penned an escapade involving the legendary Dwarven inventor, Dwarvross.

'Reflections' - a tale of terror from up and coming horror writer Sarah English; set in the streets of Londinium a tale is told of a young Orc as she relives a horrific event from her childhood involving the mysterious Wishing Tree.

And last but by no means least an as yet unamed introduction to the beleaguered Captain Glee Nelsorc as he tries to stop the treasonous plot of the traitor Forcs and his plot to kill good Kyng Gorge.

And that's it for the moment, hopefully in between real world DIY and garden related tasks I'll get time to get some of these finished off - if you have one that you like the sound of let me know here and I'll move it to the front of the list.

That's it from me for the moment, don't forget to check out Matthew Hartley's latest Tankard Tale which went up this morning.
