We meet the legendary duo of Rat Molder and "Dinner" Slapper from the Federal Inquisitorial Bureau in this background and rules article for Panzerfäuste.
The Federal Inquisitorial Bureau (or FIB) was formed by Witch-Hunter General McKar-thee to monitor internal dissent and the activities of traitors and spies, particularly users of magic and occult powers within the Eleven Realm.

Nasty, brutish and short, FIB agents led an effective campaign against the manifold enemies of Aeolodia. Their type being epitomised in the legendary duo of Rat Molder and the notoriously obese "Dinner" Slapper, immortalised by their [X Scrolls] adventures in the popular weekly journal Herpies Bizarre.

This is their story...

FIB Agents in Panzerfäuste

FIB agents normally operate in pairs, forming a unit of two figures and being treated as partisans for game purposes. Operatives are ununiformed but typically wear the latest New Ork fashions under large black trench coats. All agents are trained to proficiency in a number of weapons, although a pair of pistols are considered a FIB agents weapons of choice.

FIB agents are supported in their work by well-armed Federal Customs Agents - the infamous C-Men or “Unmentionables”, led by crime-busting hero Aeliot Nosh. C-man squads vary in size, but are typically 6 agents strong. The C-men are always heavily armed.

Due to the nature of their work, magical abilities are particularly sort after in FIB candidates. FIB agents may have minor magical abilities.

Rat Molder & “Dinner” Slapper

Agents Molder and Slapper are possibly the most famous FIB agents in the history of the Bureau

They form a Partisan unit of two models. Both are Experienced, and have a GUTS value of 9. Both are armed with 2 pistols. Both are Light Elves.

Slapper’s weight problem reduces all movement by her by 25%.

Molder has the magical ability of luck (reroll one die result once per game), and agent Slapper has the ability to instantly light small fires (hence the popular ballad "C'mon Slapper, Light My Fire").
