A Whiff of Grapeshotte You have your say The letters pages from 1996 Confidential Despatches Flintloque news and views from the Spring of 1996. Future Issues The back cover blurb from the second issue Updated with links and information on all the articles and where to find them. Webmaster's Note Anywhere in the issue you see italicised text in red like this, it is a note from me, I've tried to keep these to a minimum leaving comments until the Webmasters Note section at the bottom of every article. If they are present, they are usually there to bring you up to date on miniatures or rules that have been released by Alternative Armies in the years since the magazines original release. I'd like to say a very big thank you to Gavin Syme for providing me with scans of this issue as it's one of the two I don't actually own and the only one I had never seen all of the articles from. The original printed version of the above magazine was published by Wessex Games in the Spring of 1996. It's cover price was £1.95 and it was an A5 booklet, staple bound with a colour card cover. It, like the first issue (online here), is considered a rarity amongst Flintloque collectors and several issues have appeared on eBay over the years at some very high prices indeed. |
