St Andrew's Day
Orcs in the Webbe presents... "Gonnie Gie us an Andy's Day bit a Wheesht!" Alternative Armies' own Gavin Syme sets the scene for a climactic battle between erstwhile Joccians and the Star Wraith's Undead as they fight for the bones of St Andy in the frozen wastes of Diberia. In case you missed them the previous Saints Day scenarios are still online: The first Saint's Day scenario, "Foul Mouth Freddy Saves the ****ing Sheep", was written by Taffsea's Tony Harwood and followed the escapades of his lovable anti-hero set in the misty hills of the fair country. The second, "The Rocky Road to Albion", was written by our Guinalean correspondant Danny O'Hara and featured Patrorc and the first of many vermin drives. The third was a departure to an earlier time in Valon's history. "Georgina and the Dragon" saw the classic tale tipped on it's head with Georgina the novice beast handler being 'rescued' by two opposing warbands in this scenari0 for Alternative Armies' re-released fantasy skirmish game, Darkestorme.
