OITW is proud to present for your reading pleasure the online virtual edition of Orcs in the Hills Issue 1. Originally published by Wessex Games in the Winter of 1995 as an A5 booklet. It is considered quite a rarity amongst Flintloque collectors and several issues have appeared on eBay over the years at some very high prices indeed.

This is a very very special update on OITW for me. Even though most of the included articles have been available online here for a while, providing'virtual' issues of Orcs in the Hills is the very reason I started this site.

I'd like to say a very big thank you to Gavin Syme and Steve Blease; Gavin providing me with scans of the issue as it's one of the two I don't actually own; And Steve for giving me permission to reprint the articles so many years ago.
